at last, at longlong last, chloe sevigny made a public appearance to the 12th Annual ACE Awards in New York last night.
and she hung out with nicolas ghesquiere no less.
although it may have been only a month since she last scrubbed herself up for the cameras, this is a long time to go without my number one girl crush.
her attention to colour detail is fantastic on this occasion. the shade of the dress is rather unusual and undoubtedly spectacular. (I shall call it chocolate mini egg blue.) The pairing of the nude heels against her tanned legs and the candy blue works so well and she looks cute all round.

ReplyDeletethis sort of washed-out, pastely color made a big come-back in the mid 90s. all the major designers used it to great effect.
