I'd love to be the kind of person who has the discipline to leave a little money aside each month for strict "getting my nails did" purposes. [but alas, I am not. and any spare money goes straight to funding my etsy.com addiction instead..]I'm a Barry M-at-home kind of girl and so these incredible nail designs by talon queen Sophy Robson are next on my to-do list. Now where is that masking tape..

this manicure is incredible... wish i could do that at home, but me and nailpolish are not the best of friends. i inevitably end up with it all over my hands and clogged up. *sigh*. X

Lovely nails! I've had one manicure in my whole entire life. I just buy tons of cheapies and do my own, changing them whenever I get bored! Plus, I prefer the chipped look. Only on my fingernails though... If my toenails are chipped, I freak out. Weird.

Today I scheduled a post about nails so maybe keep an eye out for it if your interested :) Often I love to do my nails a dark colour with a light tip, such as black nails with a white tip, or dark purple with a lilac tip or navy with a sky-blue tip - they always get noticed and I haven't seen anyone else do it - yet! I've recently started to get acrylic nail done too because mine constantly snap. I get the acrylic realy thin and keep them painted so they look more real, it works out at around £7 a week if that as they last so long if you look after them. I really like this image, I've saved it and am e-mailing it to my salon for next time I go :)
