born into a middle class family, she's a "self-made" socialite; you know, the type to name herself an "interior designer". not usually a role model i would be hasty to advocate but i love the fact that she wasn't born into a long family line of oil heirs. to me, this just gives the finger to the rothchilds and mortimers
and her BFFs are julia roitfeld-restoin and anouke lepore. i rest my case.

Yes now that I've already done the post (of course, isn't life funny?) I saw a pic of Christina Ricci and she did look very nice. She also said that she didn't stay on the red carpet for long because her dress was falling down! Lol. I thought that was funny.

I always wondered who she was too, because I would always see her making rounds at those New York events wearing fabulous outfits yet I could never find out what kind of socialite she was. She has such a fabulous pose.
Ive seen her out a few times super cute, makes me wonder if she literally puts togehter outfits all day

shes defo way... more stylish than Paris and who cares where she comes from.I think its all about where a person is headed in life. Most of the greats came from families with nothing.
