Lots of love for these nails, spotted by Refinery 29 at NYFW. So clean, so well buffed, the perfect Pillarbox red and a world away from the current state of affairs where my own fingernails are concerned.
nyfw, and fashion weeks across the globe, always seem to amplify my own concerns of what i am doing, style and grooming wise, inciting intense anxieties in some cases. manicured nails in particular always, also, draw attention to mine, which are awful, and which i have begun biting recently for stress. remorse! i need to paint them soon to put an end to it all....
I open too much post at work to have my nails done! Although a kindly salesman in a department store did buff my nails for me so they are pretty shiny now x
