What makes a model?
A trademark pose? Example, Coco and her open mouth.
A quirky personality? Example, Iekieline
Eastern European heritage? Example-Lets not go there!
The list is endless, but I think the most important attributes are undoubtedly versatility, effortless cool and well, to be blunt, a bloody striking face!
And Hye Park is one of the few humans to be blessed, the salt lake city homegirl has (long ago)caught the eye of the fashion industry and has been one of the models, along wiht the likes of Du Juan and Ai Tominaga, responsable for the rise in interest in asian models gracing the catwalks and magazine covers.
Hye is undoubtedly one of my favourite models of the moment, so as a tribute here is a pick of her finest catwalk moments.
My favourite is the gold D&G dress, its my favourite snap from Spring 2007. And yours?...

Wow she is stunning! She looks good in everyshot. I am suprise that she isn't as big as the others(or on that new Vogue cover with all the models). She might be my new fav model.
She really is gorgeous. And I love how she always looks slightly malevolent, like you just would not want to mess with her.

personally,. i was seriously shocked when i found out that hye park was NOT on the new cover of vogue (may 2007), afterall, she is seen on countless runways, and she is rather stunning as the folks above my comment say.
my favorite: hye in the pink Giambattista Valli dress with the bow. i love the dress and her overall awesome-ness just makes it pop!

Love Hye! She is so nice too (I meet her back in 2004, when we were both freshman at UoU!)! I'm so happy she is doing great. Love her look at Dolce, also she looked amazing at Ungaro this season.

I adore her. She's one of my favorite models right now, even though I think Ai might be my favorite of all time.
I was really shocked when she wasn't on the Vogue cover, I heard she was Andre Leon Tally's favorite model. I guess Nuclear Wintour has the upperhand on cover models.
