work experience snippets

my oh my, things are getting very busy.

but a few snippets from the last few days..

me and the woman that i have been working for over the past few days(in the PR dept) stopped into balenciaga and christian louboutin on our lunch break..(no, nothing i can afford as of yet!)

..the assistant at balenciaga used to work at gucci back in the tom ford days, and when mr F stopped by the store, nobody would be allowed to make eye contact or approach him. bloody diva..

he showed us a dress worth over £30,000. it was more like a piece of architecture; made of latex, and with illustrated images across, it was quite something.

the viktor and rolf exhibition at the barbican is absolutely fantastic, if you're in london, or are planning a visit, you must must visit.

we chatted to myleene klass who was also shopping in christian louboutin whilst trying on the 6 inch plus heels. most amusing.

one of the days, I was required to phone numbers in my boss's address book to check they were still correct. hadley freeman and camilla morton were amongst the contacts!

the september issue of uk vogue is worth a look.as you know, i stopped buying it a while ago, but the editorials are pleasing. and surprisingly karen elson comes across as rather annoying in her interview.

honestly, this is usually how my day plans out, but only in my dreams, so i felt it very neccesary to share.

I actually love Myleene, she seems really lovely. That is a very exciting spot.
Doesn't she look stunning in the M&S ads? Please tell me she looks that good in real life!

Oh God I can't stand Tom Ford! Glad all's going well. Don't forget to post about the Lorraine Candy/Elle talk at the Viktor & Rolf...or didn't you go in the end?

Haha, tom ford and no eye contact, hilarious!

I still get british vogue, just because of the sheer lack of other fashion magazines available where i live but i agree it is often rather dull so glad to know its worth buying this month.

Would love to have seen the viktor and rolf exhibition.

Ah balenciaga *sigh*
